- How long do I have to return something?
- There is a 7-day easy return and replacement window from delivery. The Track order page shows the live status of that window on your order — whether it is active, how many days are left, or whether it has closed. Even after it closes you can still open a support escalation; it just stops being an automatic return.
- How do I raise a return, replacement or refund?
- Open the issue centre on the Track order page. Verify with your order reference plus the email or phone on the order, pick the item, then choose the issue type — return, replacement, refund, missing item, damaged item, wrong item, delivery delay, or a payment issue — and the outcome you want: replacement, refund, store credit, or support only. It creates a real return request and support ticket in the operations queue.
- What evidence should I attach?
- Photos of the item and packaging, the order reference, and the delivery or pickup proof code. The issue centre shows an evidence checklist for your specific case, and disputed cases are settled from that evidence trail rather than from whoever complains loudest.
- What actually protects me as a buyer?
- A buyer-protection hold is withheld from the seller's payout on every order and only releases after delivery proof and the return-risk window. While a protection case, refund, or disputed payment is open on your order, the seller payout stays blocked. Your case has a first-response SLA and a pickup ETA shown on the protection plan.
